Crate #33 or cheap Strange YER

I'm buying #33 crates until I get a Strange YER. Why not just pay the sticker price for a stranger YER? I have a gambling problem and wanna roll the dice on crates. If you got a strange YER, name the price. I'm lowballing so only come if you got a good low price and need to dump it. (I'm looking close to 1 ref.)
