Any other information
I have clips of him calling me "bad player" over mic every time he killed me. I have a clip of him openly admitting that he was going to "bully me relentlessly" off the server.

Ummmm.... You joined the server, got on the mic, said "Look at all these fags, fucking faggots!" and he never said he was gonna bully you, he just said bad player down which is allowed. Saying "fag" or "faggot" is not allowed in Skial.

On the demo provided by Seminal, there is no evidence of you being homophobic, however I can clearly tell you were not acting very nicely. And I didn't spot anything related to bullying on either of the demo or the video.

We cannot do anything related to steam accounts, you need to contact steam directly or open a ticket.

He never commented on your Steam profile, you're comments have been disabled or made Friend only reply. So he couldnt have commented on your profile

He didn't say anything breaking the rules, you have an option in game that permit you to mute players. We generally punish when a player is homophobic, racist, or in case of micspam.
