New cp_dustbowl "play all stages" option

Dustbowl is great, but stage two and three are played less often when RED defends successfully.

I was wondering if it would be practicable and popular to have a "play all stages" !votemenu item, to even out the map use?

There's already a sort of community made fix for this:

"Lettuce?" (Abbreviated saying of "Let Us Win")

Usually if you see someone type that into chat they're trying to hint that the red team should purposely throw the game and let blue cap in order to progress to the other stages of the game without starting from square one. Usually this happens within the last couple minutes of the game if red team is bored enough or enough folks are chilling at spawn waiting.

50/50 if it actually works - this whole conundrum of never going past 1st stage also depends on how well teams are playing and if folks stay to continue playing after it resets to stage 1 again whether if they've played Dustbowl to completion or not.

oh for sure, we do that on EU too. i just thought it would be a nice QOL addition since there are two skial servers devoted to dustbowl

It usually feels like later in the evening when servers are full do you see consistent games going through all three stages.
Otherwise you can be the madlad on blue team playing to win until the start of stage 3.. and then swap teams.
