Contributor Status help

Hi,

My contributor status is active, with my last payment on 4/28.
Recently, I’ve been having two issues. I can’t log into the Skial server when it’s full, and I’m no longer able to use the /swap command.
Could you please look into this or let me know how to fix it?

When trying to connect to the server when its full are you using the "Connect" command in the console to connect? And sometimes the /Swap command will not work if the server just did a team swap or scramble (have to wait 120 seconds) or if the teams largely imbalanced in the number of players on each team. Sometimes you just have to wait and try it again. Hope this helps.

Unfortunately this is above my paygrade. Almost sounds like the "Contributor Role" has not been applied to your your account. wish i could help more.

Where do I go from here? is there another section/admin I can contact to get this resolved?

I would try and post it in the "Support-Report Server Issues" section I'm sure Bottiger will get the message and can look into it for you he is the man.
