Help Me! Connection problems.

So, I've just encountered some problems regarding connections to TF2 Servers and as it seems right now, JUST TF2 servers. From what I know...

Internet works just fine.
Frame rates in other games work just fine.
But....
when playing TF2 on any server...

Frame rates and connections are fine except rather frequently, frame rates tend to drop drastically even with "good connection" or all of a sudden skyrocket into the realm of things like over 2000 ping for no apparent reason.

Anyone have a clue to what's going on?

Try reconnecting, or even restarting your computer. I've had this happen before, but this could be a different issue that you are having.

If restarting you computer doesn't work, try restarting you router, it may help.
