Connection failed after 4 tries

So I've been on US2 Trade server for quite a while, and just two days ago, this error started popping up whenever I try to connect to US2 Trade. My friend told me to restart tf2, but I've tried for 2 days, any ideas on how to fix this?

I don't know what to tell you. Did you block the IP with your firewall?

I'm very sure I didn't do anything, just suddenly one day it comes up with error messages.

Even I keep getting this error all the time. Weird. I just go on another Skial trade server though.
