Connect when server is full

So yesterday I decided to become a donator but I have one problem with the console connection when the server is full.
I wanted to connecto to the EU Trade server and it was full so I checked at the donation and fonund this site http://www.skial.com/donate/connect.jpg
So I opend my console and typed

connect tf.skial.com

but after 4 tries it failed to connect.
Not sure what exactly I am doing wrong. Help would be appreciated.

You have to put the IP of the server in place of "tf.skial.com" so, for the EU Trade server:
connect eu2.skial.com:2020

Ok thanks. Maybe that should be written somewhere on that connect when server is full page.

Another question: Where do I find the IP adresses of all servers?
