Investigating Comp NY Lobby Server Plugin Broken

Joined a randomly lobby tonight. To my surprise, it was our own COMP NY server. They put it in for Badwater, and everyone connected to it and it was stuck on Viaduct Pro. I conferred with an admin who I felt was more experienced with the server how to fix it (RCON's locked, etc), and said that the server needs to reset, and kickin' everyone might set it up back to the right map. So I did.
It suddenly picked Badlands, and the Lobby plugin isn't there anymore, or the format.

its most likely happening due to the server restarting everytime a lobby ends
might wanna remove that and it might fix it

Server restarts after every match to kick people not leaving. Some people would just go afk four hours and no one could create a new lobby.

Everyone hates that server, no joke. So unreliable...
