Declined Community CP maps

Why Skial won´t add unusuals maps for CTF maps? Like:

You added some community maps for Payload, so what the problem to add some for CTF?
Turbine and 2Fort are very cool maps and i'm pretty sure players will like to see something new on their fav gamemode.

People still leave the payload server in droves when it switches to a non-official map.
