I made my check and I can see that Nuts n' Bolts Prussian Pickelhaube goes for 2 Bill's. Since 2 unpainted Bill's go for 16 keys in total, I'm willing to offer 17 keys (considering your Pickelhaube is painted even though it has no value to me).

If you're OK with this offer, we'll make a trade once I re-stock with the keys.
