yes, clean is 2.66 give or take a few scrap depending on the buyer and seller. so a dirty one is worth around half that. then again misc and hats that can be used by multiple classes are worth a bit over half the value of a clean one even if dirty, so id say you can sell it for 1.66 if you find a good enough buyer. but dont go lower than 1.33. just my tip
