I generally don't keep the numbers accurate, but as long as it doesn't say 0 I've got some.

Description tags - 20 - $0.64 - Sold 136
SOP rep isn't necessarily needed, but I will limit how much you can buy and possibly flat out decline you at my own discretion, if you have little to none. Your Steam account age, TF2 hours, games owned, etc. are also taken into account. I don't care about Steam profile rep; I have 50+ pages of that and I never ask people to post there.
I don't like going first when I sell so there's no point in asking unless you're also a trusted seller. I don't like the added complication of middlemen, plus my rep should be good enough. I have no problem splitting your order into smaller bits if you aren't comfortable sending a large dollar amount at once.
I reserve the right to decline or limit any trade from anyone for any reason. Since people like to argue I also reserve the right to not go in depth into the reasoning of my decision.
Don't ask for a discount. No one gave me a discount when I traded for these. In fact I've even paid a little extra in the past for the convenience of a large bulk trade.
I make appropriate records of the trades I do so if you chargeback you will be reported to Steamrep and get marked as a scammer.
You must send the money as "friends or family" in USD. Buyer pays all fees. I'm in the USA and if you are too and the money is coming from your Paypal balance or bank account there are no fees. I don't require any notes but feel free to put whatever you wish.
