Declined (CLOSED) Forum rules- necrobumping

I was browsing some old threads and rated a few of them. One of the regulars then told me that it was grounds for banning on necrobumping/rating. I didn't know that necrorating was against the rules, only that posting was. When I checked the forum rules, there was nothing about necrobumping or rating. I thought it might be a good idea to add something on it to the rules.
Tl;dr Add necrobumping to forum rules

In my experience Forum admins usually don't care too much about necrobumps as long as you're not being excessive with it or bumping a thread from 3 years ago. Just expect to get a shit ton of old ratings.

No, but some regular said that necrorating was also against the rules, not just bumping.

No offence to them but I couldn't care less about what regulars tell me about the rules if they aren't forum admins since they don't enforce community guidelines.
