As long as We all know Cinic can do his Job, that should be enough.
Personal opinions aside, He can be an ass, So can we.
I gave the Vote a Yes based on the effectiveness done by Cinic.





I knew something would happen wile I was gone (not that it matters :P) for 3 days at a funeral. o.o

Hey, so, if the vote is >3:1 yes, and the majority of these comments discuss how he's an exemplary admin, why is he not an admin again? >_>

CiniC we used to be friends, and I don't think you are a bad person. Deep down inside you are capable of being a good guy.

You have made sure that the people you love want nothing to do with you, and you thnk this isn't a server issue?

You accuse me of drama, and I have admitted to it. We hurt the ones we love, I'm sorry for what I have done, and you have a lot of growing up to do. You have the support of lots of non regs, and a few regulars. At the end of the day my opinion doesn't matter.

I care a lot about the people I play with, and you don't. You care about nothing but power. I think you have a lot of growing up to do and this whole topic is just you wanting your power back.

If you love your friends, especially.....

btw I didn't mean I want an apology from you, I will go the rest of my life never hearing from you and I will be happy.......just learn tthat you have hurt people and if forgiveness doesn't come, at least you tried to apologize. I know I'll never talk to you as a friend again, and I don't care. I do care about certain people that you have in your life and I don't want you to hate me.....

I'm a manager and have 32 people working under me. I had a supervisor who worked for me who knew his job inside and out and did it very well. His problem was his attitude and mood swings. I fired him. People who are in a position of power NEED to be mature, honest & stable. There is more to being a supervisor (in this case, an admin) than just doing the job.

Say that employee knew the job inside and out, and you didn't see him much, unless you looked for him. He was there when you needed him practically always. Then, outside the office, you hear that he yells at kids who go on his lawn excessively. Would you fire him?

My personality is never a factor in my admin actions. Re-read FireGame's and most of the other posts. I haven't banned for Backburner, I haven't kicked for insulting me. The admin actions I do are unrelated and separate from my "constructive criticism".
 

I think that if he is willing to work on his attitude (which he is, I've even noticed that it's gotten much better in the last week or so) then he should be given another chance, maybe a last chance...but another at least. A month with admin back, see if he improves at all. Maybe what he needed was this, as a wake up call.

What my employees do outside of work none of my business (unless he gets arrested or something, then it might affect his clearance level) I honestly don't know the whole story of what happened between you and anyone else. I'm just giving my 2 cents based on what I do know.

Do any skial regulars know each other irl or is all this drama just e-drama? lol

This seems to be a bit of a stupid comparison. I don't really think that there is such a thing as "outside of the office" in this case; if you are logged in, you are "in the office". Both on the forums and in-game people know that you're an admin. With respect to your behaviour, I don't think it really matters if you are doing any admin-ing at that exact moment, people still see how you act and associate it with you, Skial admins, and the Skial community in general.
