Approved Change autobalance on degroot

"teams will be scrambled because the winning team won in less than ten minutes"
This needs to be set lower than ten minutes on this map as nearly every game is shorter than 10 minutes.

Might I suggest 2 minutes?

I agree since not as many people visit degroot matches are much easier to win in a short time.
