I love how much effort you went into with this report, thank you for that, it does make our work a lot easier.

That being said, and being that I used to main soldier, pre-firing around corners is a big part of the role and I do it frequently. There are more situations in that demo where he could have shot at someone in plain view, and didn't, than those who he did shoot at. The only time I was convinced was the pyro from spawn drop-down kill. But that is just one out of the 10 minutes.

His gameplay does make me feel a bit iffy but I don't feel like there is enough there to issue any punishment. I very much welcome further staff input if you feel it necessary.
