We've been putting up with this guy for months on Orange US.. finally had some free time to work on a report..

While you can find n_gger and f_ggot in his chatlogs here and there, the primary problem is votemenu abuse.. He clearly knows he's trolling, but starts screaming in that that someone who killed him is a hacker, look how they hack, etc.. and then starts a voteban on them.. then waits for the vote timer to expire and tries again.. either with that person or someone else..

If you attempt to start a griefing voteban on him, he leaves, then comes back after the vote has expired..
