Resolved Cant join server

Summary:

Cant join 10x rust server (Not banned)​

Details:

so the last night around 11:30 PM est the rust 10x server went down (or crashed). I and my friend after a whole day cannot reconnect and know your server is up. I went through your guy's recent bans and can't find us. (are usernames are uzicalls and buddy boy500) So I can't exactly do a ban appeal.

Anyways is there any way to fix this?​
