Can't enter STEAMID​

Details:

I'm attempting to report a player, and upon entering the steamID for the player I'm reporting, the form prompts me to enter a value in the correct format. I've messed with it a good amount and I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. The steam ID looks like this; STEAM_0:0:00000000

You need to enter the new format. "STEAM_" is the old one. "[U: ]" is the new one.
If you have the old ID, enter it in steamrep's search and they'll give you the new form.
