Cant appeal ban?

So I made a post a few days ago regarding my proxy ip ban it got 1 reply from an admin who posted "don't use a proxy ip" although to my knowledge i never was, anyway today i logged onto a different account to test if I could join there, and I successfully had gotten in, but I was still banned on my main account? And I cant post an appeal because my ban is not listed in sourcebans, could I get some help by an admin to unban me maybe?

if there is like a steam setting or some shit that enables proxy for an account tell me because i dont know jack shit

I connect to my internet wirelessly with my router in another room, my account is level 14, im with tpg and my router is from tplink
