Can you guys use google checkout or moneybookers as a donation option?

I prefer not to use paypal due to specific reasons, and bitcoins is out of the question. Could it be possible to accept google checkout or moneybookers as a donation option? Both are very easy to setup and start accepting money.

Both are very easy to setup and start accepting money.

Our payment system is automated so people don't have to wait 12 hours to get benefits. If we added a payment system we would need to write new code.
