Can anyone recommend a good spam blocker?

The guy who made it sold out. Select adds now "accidentally" get through the filters. While not overly annoying, I prefer my computer to be pure.

It's just a checkbox that you can uncheck. In ABP it just says " I like the text ads on Google search results; show me those." And you just uncheck that.
 
So the guy/girl who had the email address I wanted responded, sadly that is the email that he/she uses :(
