BUYING STEAM GAMES WITH KEYS/REFS

How do we sell games tied to our account? I don't see a "transfer game" option to people on my friends list.
 
You cant "TRANSFER" your games,you can buy games as gift to someone or buy as gift and storge in your inventory it will be become tradeable 90 days later

Hey there, if you havent sold audiosurf yet I may be interested, however it will take a while before I'll be able to buy it. I'll add you and we'll see if I can lend some refs off a friend or I'll have to wait untill I'm getting enough materials myself :3
