Just throwing this out there, I have at least 10 nice mid/high tier effect I'm willing to part ways with. Either send the video card to me preferably, or pay full price via PayPal. Thinking about asking for $1300 if buying with paypal. Must be a new card from newegg or amazon. Preferably evga. No refurbished card!

Engineer - big country (purple energy) value 4-5 buds

Medic - tyrolean and blighted beak (double planets) value 10 buds for an epic set

Sniper - masters yellow belt (smoking) value 3 buds

Spy - detective noir (searing plasma) value 2-3 buds

46 buds potential whose up for the challenge?

That's around $1300 in buds, potential profit here

Also have a bud, bills and some expensive stranges.

Was thinking about that to, a 680 would also be nice but if I can get a 690 I would be set
 
No one would ever pull the trigger on this unless they lived down the block from him.

Your best bet is to hit outpost and start selling for cash asap. By time you sell them off the card may be a bit cheaper.

I've had a similar encounter. Obviously legit and not a scam.
