1 Key a slot, no limit to the amount of slots you can buy.
I'll collect the keys when I can, and if the spaces aren't filled within a week or two I'll return the keys.

I'm not trying to be rude, but I once tried to have a buy in TS bills raffle and I had difficulty getting 10 people to give a key, let alone 15. Raffles where you make a profit are normally frowned upon.

I think if you lowered your buy-in to 2 refs per slot you'd have had more participants already. Just my 2 cents.
