New Bring Technoir and Outrun Back

I feel like these two maps are quite underrated and they deserve more attention. It was such a shame that they were removed because they were definitely two of my most favorites.

They should definitely added back these maps I remember playing dr_technoir and absolutely loving more then dr_neonoir. It’s a shame that it was underplayed.

yeah technoir was really good and so was outrun, if i can remember that map correctly, but technoir was basically old neonoir and just as good as it, i like neonoir and technoir, not waterrun, that map is shit

I would only bring back technoir if we removed neonoir as they have way too much in common that if they're both added we'd be in a constant rotation of neonoir, technoir and ancient memes/office.
