Bring back Grappling Hook for Bottiger's 24/7 Idle?

I really wish you guys could bring it back. If not. Can I have a explanation why it can't be allowed on that server? Its allowed on the minecraft trade server

only if "tf_grapplinghook_max_distance" is set no higher than 500. that would prevent players from easily reaching the skybox for purposes of frequent spawncamping
 
Honestly, I think it should remain how it is. That way no future incidences occur.

Grappling hooks was the worst idea ever, EVER.

Even now 3/4 of the time I jump on there's a bunch of Engineers setting up teleporters and another bunch of Demos trying to
fly up there to stop it. You honestly want to make it easier for them?

you didn't see my earlier post about setting the max distance of the grapple rope. the March 12 update added that and it would prevent the grapple from being an issue
 
I'd say no completely. the closer you get with the trail, the more of a chance you have at a grapple shot.

There's also this quote in that thread linked earlier about removing the grappling hooks.

I just see no real good reason to add them again. People doing dicks things is fairly common on that server already.
