I am buying ALL AND ANY Steam Trading Cards for 1-3 Scrap each (Depending on the type of card). I also buy Steam Backgrounds and Emoticons for 1.5 Scrap each. And I buy gems:

--25 for a Scrap--
--200 for a Refined--
--1000 (Sack of Gems) for 5.33 Refined--
