Detailed Explanation / Screenshots / Demos:
Bray entered the server at about 8:32PM and started to headshot anyone including disguised spies and cloaked spies. Bray did not charge his sniper rifle before shooting (150 dmg) meaning that he did not miss any shots nor did he aim before firing.

His steam profile shows that he has been vac-banned once already.

Spectated for a long time, and with 960+ hours in TF2 he just seems to know the map and all it's intricacies. Just to be safe I did get a consensus among some other admins and we feel it's just a good (twitchy) player. Thank you for the report though, it is better to be safe than sorry. In the future whenever you see something suspicious be sure to get a demo just in case an admin can't come before the person leaves.
