Problem solved. BP Expander

I have a 600 slot BP. The entire BP is full with 91 in "limbo". I tried to trade someone for a BP Expander and it said "This trade is not allowed". I asked a friend and he said i needed 2 slots free to accept it. I deleted 2 items and i still cannot get it. I can get other items in trade but not the Expander. Suggestions?

How many slots in total you have right now in your BP?
Please, keep in mind that maximum number of slots in your BP is 1000. So if you already have, say, 401 slots - you won't be able to use this BP. Possibly, that's why you can't even trade it.

EDIT: You have 700 total slots in our BP. 700+600>>1000.

It is a 600 slot backpack. I did get it to work. I traded about 100 items to a friend. I then was able to buy a expander. Used it and it bumped me up to 700 slots. I then got my stuff traded to me ad now i am at 680 of my 700 slots filled. Also an expander only does 100 slots extra, so i well below 1000 limit.
