botty's identity speculation thread

His activity on the forums, etc. tend to indicate that he is in Pacific time. I seem to remember him making comments about time, and the times he was giving were in Pacific time.
He is obviously technically savvy. He is more than proficient at coding in many languages. He has created applications, plugins, and web pages. But is also amazingly knowledgeable on networking. I am 95% sure that he has a computer science degree. And I am fairly certain that he works in the tech field. My best guess would be a developer. I will go out on a further limb and say a .NET developer.
Judging from his time zone and profession, I am guessing that he lives in the Bay Area of California, or Seattle, Washington. I have a hunch he may even work at Microsoft, because I remember seeing in one of the threads that he defended Windows 8. (Ok that is only a half joke because he showed facts of why it is an improvement over 7 more than just the hivemind of 'ugh Metro makes 8 bad...')
He started Skial in 2009. I am guessing that is when he was in college, or in more of an entry level position when he had more time for video games. Since then he has always stayed on top of all Skial issues. (case in point) But members from when Skial first started claim that Bott played on the servers and talked to them then. So I believe that he was 22ish when he made Skial. That makes him 27ish now. He has risen up the ranks of his profession with more responsibilities and pressure than when he first started Skial, so he is not able to play and be as social as he once was.
I hope he is not offended by any of my conjecture. The one thing we all know, is that he does not share private info about himself. These threads pop up every so often, and hopefully they entertain him as much as they do us.
