I am a regular player on late night 2fort LA server, known to play spy.
Never really been on forums here but I setup an account so I could report this guy.

I was standing in opposing base cloaked as spy(infinite cloak while standing), and this engi guy comes out of nowhere and shoots me to death with his shotgun exactly where I stood in the room. Had suspicions, but everyone gets lucky i thought... then it happened again in a way that seemed extremely coincidental... so i decided to spectate him.
Lo and behold the guy was both wallhacking and aimbotting. Got him ping-ponging his aim on players as he shot them with heavy on one. He used sniper for a minute or so, and got him getting headshots on people without ever really aiming at their heads. You can see at times, he knows when someone is turning a corner and pre-emptively tracks them.
Got the guys steam id using the "recently played with" feature on steam:
