Any other information
He was (soundboard?) micspamming incomprehensible comments prior to prompting me to recording him. Other players were getting annoyed/trying to ignore him. At start of my demo, you'll hear him from red team doing the above, then stops then restarts at approx. 11000 ticks. After which I launched a "spam" vote roll call. He was successfully muted for 30.
Perhaps one of the admins can send me a pm when a player is legit silenced for 30 and/or whether skial admin goes further to ban him for a certain period to send him a clear msg? Thanks.
