This troll does a votescramble when teams are perfectly fine. Then after the teams get scrambled and the cooldown wears off, he votescrambles the teams again. The server almost kicked him but those never pass when they need to.

Something needs to be done about votescramble. It's abused every single time that I play. All it does is piss everyone off and kill the vibe of the game.
