Ok .. hold me back for forum participation. But, I know would represent Skial admin team well and the forum posts will come with time. Also, I have brought many people over to skial from FFN servers. I will continue to recommend skial to folks. Please reconsider the forum participation hold back . thanks!

Does Bott make people he knows irl admins? And when was the last time one of the admins who doesn't have a forum account or posts very often, made a ban against someone? Because I haven't seen anyone come here and complain about a ban made by the people you listed
I have no answers for your questions. My point was that forum activity means precisely dick.
This fella (the applicant) has good connection time, he is getting positive feedbacks from DC regulars - that's what matters. When extaa and Gwor applied for admin they didn't have outstanding forum activity. Nevertheless they are doing great as admins.

Admins can not take any action against a player without a specific rule being broken, however, in this case the player has broken 4 specific Skial server rules. :-(
First, I would inform the player that our servers exists for the enjoyment and benefit of all .... and that
he/she was currently breaking 4 specific server rules. I would try to appeal to his/her better judgment. I would likely tell them that if might be funny for them, but not at all funny for the rest of the players just trying to enjoy themselves. He/she would be informed to stop immediately..it would serve as his/her verbal warning.
If the verbal did not correct the behavior, I would record a demo of the hacking and then ban the player for the appropriate time based on server playtime and the fact the this guy was egregiously breaking 4 server rules.

Why not try to get to know people here on Skial before applying for an admin position? It might've been a more rational thing to do.

I made an account just so I can +1 Big Chewy, I have known him since my days playing on FFN Doublecross and he would be an EXCELLENT admin. Level headed, cool personality, knows when to let things slide or crack the whip to shape up the players.
Also might I add his military gung ho battle talk can miraculously turn the tide of battle on Doublecross
