So apparently I was on my favorite server skial mountain lab which I visit everyday and I was just spying about minding my own business when we were chatting and then someone suggested "someone should play the spys surprise buttsecks song".
Happy to oblige I did and people were happy and weren't objecting to it, if they did object I would have stopped immediately. Then after playing it for about a minute I was banned without warning or notice from any admin nor was anyone asking for me to stop.
I kindly ask to remove this ban and take into consideration the quality of some admins in the skial servers. Thank you

Just a tip. Someone in here's going to tell you that you didn't use the proper appeal format found here
http://www.skial.com/threads/requests-that-dont-follow-this-format-will-be-ignored.28/
And then they're going to tell you that even if you received no notice, micspamming is still against the server rules, which is why mittens banned you. Since it's your second offense, it's for 3 days.

Its not a second offense since the first ban was a voteban for hacking.

Chances are a 17 day connected play isn't hacking and the credibility of that ban should be questioned and not counted due to the fact an admin did not ban for it.

It is also common courtesy(which some admins lack) to at least warn a player for micspam or griefing before outright banning.

The lack of courtesy only repels the players from joining as 90% of micspammers banned would have stopped upon a single warning.

I think you meant "second" in that first part, but I'm not an admin, so I really can't speak for what mittens did. I know that most people micspamming will stop if you simply ask them to.
I was just trying to splain the current situation to Toxic, it's for someone else to change it.

I'm not sure why you waited two days to appeal your three day ban...

I was going to ban you for 1 day for vote abuse (you called a voteban on someone because they had a high ping) but I was busy playing engineer and was waiting until the end of the round. Then you started mic spamming. Because you managed to break 2 rules in less than 20 minutes you get a 3 day ban - 1 day to go, I think you can make it.

The fact that people asked you to is not an excuse to break a rule, would you build a tele trap if a few people on the server asked you to? Would that make it ok?

Calling vote bans because people are laggy and spamming music over mic are against the rules and not ok.

Not warning the subject of bans is not okay and had I been warned to stop I would have since I wasn't making an objective to micspam all day. The other count of voteban abuse was actually supported by people other than me and I simply called the vote they asked for had you used your ears rather than your ego. The voteban would have been a kick had there been an ability to. I have no intention of unreasonably banning anyone *cough* but no one wanted his skyhigh ping slowing down the server.

The ban will stay. Also, just FYI, individuals ping doesn't "slow down" the server.
