Invalid Banned for Proxy IP

For like one week now, I having an Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET). With that, I was not able to do trade, to go on steam, and on other site. I lookin' for a solution, and the only one I found was to download a thing called " UltraSurf 13.01 ". I don't really know what that thing do, but it fixed my problem! So I was happy, and all. Until I go on TF2, and be banned... I don't know if I should be sorry? But I am. (I know how to explain myself in english, pardon me.)

you cant use UltraSurf or any program like it while connecting to a skial server
and your ban was only 10 minutes

We had problems with hackers using proxies to bypass IP bans.

The only thing I can do is suggest that you find another proxy or set one up yourself.
