I was banned shortly after burning 2 or 3 people through the setup gate on the 3rd map of Dustbowl. I believe only one "died." This is a well known tactic on all Dustbowl servers that I have played on, that only works if the person on the other side (works for Blu or Red) is tight to the gate, and the pyro is off to the side. It does not work on a straight on shot, or if the opponent is not tight to the gate.
I have done this on every server I have played on, and never received a warning, complaint, or other notification that this was anything other than a valid tactic. Jarate sometimes can make its way through the gate as well.
If this is forbidden, could either some notice be posted, or this ability removed from the Skial map?
I don't get to play often, and even a one day ban could mean another 2 weeks before I have an opportunity to play again.
If this was not the reason I was banned, please let me know. It was the only thing I could think of.
I have never been banned for anything on any server until this.
