If someone is bypassing the AFK manager by not being placed in spectator after 5 minutes they should be reported and/or banned temporarily.

They unbalance teams which tends to cause servers to empty out.

Which is exactly what I'm doing/why I'm catching hell from admins and Lordthree over there. I don't play any differently than any other server for you guys. The only difference is I actually might bite my tongue once and again in-game for fear of pissing of somebody who's connected.

ya which is a high number also considering you need like 18 people for the vote to pass

and only 2 people are needed to make it not pass

I was just in the server, Friday night, obviously 16 Vs. 16. Our team was being victimized not only but poor play, but also people crafting items in the spawn. It's just as bad if not worse than people bypassing the AFK manager, and yeah, I've NEVER seen a 30 minute ban carried out successfully. Why do they even come here, and why can't they be removed easier?
