Invalid Banned 1 day for knife name.

OK, so i was playing on skial severs like i usually do because its my main severs Then this admin Ruelel gets on and I've seen him before and killed him with the knife i always play with and he tells me to remove my knife name. i know you do not allow the "n" word in ur server, Because my knife has it in there. But i always play on the skial severs with the knife.


Ruelel : hey mr spy wipe the racist tag from your knife
theonehopeofthedoomed : what the fuck are these kids doing on my server?

he told me once and then banned me he should of at least gave me a chance to change to my sf.knife or a reg knife...i barely had enough time to type no :P and after i did he banned me.
FYI: i have always had that knife name and i have never been banned for it..i think

Why would you name your weapon something like that in the first place? It's not witty or funny, you deserve the ban.
 
Its a 1 day ban.. just wipe the name and move on, you said no at first to wiping so he had all rights to ban u racisim not allowed

i cant just wipe it and get a new one on i am saving my metal for stuff and it cost about 1.3 for a new one

To be honest, people can report you directly to Steam for using racist weapon names. It's either you wipe it, or Steam will do it for you.

Yes it does suck having to waste a nametag but is really worth getting banned from random servers and eventually getting your weapon name wiped (possibly worse) by Steam?
 
To be fair, a message in chat with no capitals or punctuation doesn't really carry the weight of an admin with a banhammer over his shoulder.

I think Ruelel needs to take more pride in making bans, at least taking the time to explain why they will receive the ban before placing it would help.

you could use common sense that most servers ban for racism

this is the first time i have ever been banned from a sever because of my knife name and i have played with u before and killed u with it and u never told me to change it then .. but now u do?

I have yet to see Steam do anything about racist weapon names. Only community admins do anything about that, as far as I know.

Steam made a in game report system that allows you to report decals and names on photo badges, conscious objector's, named items, etc

Awhile ago someone had a to say the least illegal image on his concious objector so I reported him. About a week later saying they got my report and removed the image
