Abuse: Aimbotting / sees hidden spies

Sorry the demo is so long, I record all my games. I started speccing him around 3/4 of the way through. The cheating was more obvious when he was heavy (before I started speccing him), but is still pretty clear when he plays Scout. Clearly aimbotting (note that every Scout pistol shot connects) and can see hidden spies. Kills a hidden spy at least twice in the demo - at tick 89045 and 91607.

We tried to ban him several times, but the bar for that is just too high - all it takes is a couple kids who enjoy being on the winning hacker's team and it wont go through.

He's still on if anyone wants to see. He leaves every time we try to ban, or switches teams, then comes back a few minutes later.

A 30min ban isn't a big deal. Obviously you would have to carefully balance where you put that threshold to prevent repeat abuse. But it should be slightly lower so that 2-3 bad eggs don't ruin it for everyone.

Just my two cents, you guys are the admins.
