I'm having problems finding his steam profile ID, but on the Steam Browser, it's working fine.
I've no screenshots, but I do have a demo.

This player was speedhacking, capping the intel for his team. Everyone is clearly complaining in the chat, as you will see in the replay.

Watched Demo. He was moving too fast for a heavy, even lag wouldn't compensate for that

You have to copy them to your tf directory (...\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf) the open them by pressing Shift + F2 and browsing to the file.

the problem was already resolved. but to open them, start tf2 press the key under your escape key and type in console playdemo -demoname- (demoname is the name of the file)
