Invalid Ban Appeal

I had to do some digging and I found my brother's account was banned:

He's been telling me about people saying he should be banned when he gets random crits. I don't know whether to believe him or not. Either way, it appears whoever banned used a generic IP ban, and I unfortunately have the same IP as him, since we live in the same house. I myself can't think of anything I've done particularly bad, unless spycrabbing is now a federal crime.

Your "brothers" account that was banned has only 15 hours of TF2 time so it's hard to believe that it's not just an alt.

He had another account that got VAC banned around a month ago. While he wasn't cheating at the time of the ban, he was having a lot of suspicious stuff on his computers a few months before then. When he got banned, he told me "someone reported me for cheating when I wasn't". He has over 400 hours of play on that account, and I don't use any alternate profiles.

Is there a way to exempt one account from an IP ban or are they just all-inclusive? I can't be the only one who's had to deal with this.

I'm also going to check his computer out and look for anything suspicious. I haven't seized and searched his computer in a while.

He also said something to me a few days ago about a hacker who had infinite crits and an aimbot, which if I remember the last time one popped up on a server I was on, have an annoying name-switching program in them. What server it was on he didn't say.

That account also has a VAC ban and you are the only friend on that players friends list. So I would suspect it to be your alt and not your "brothers."

You also have "The Mad Man" on your friends list, the account that supposedly belongs to your brother and has 400+ hours of TF2 time. The profile is private so there is no way to verify this.

Since none of your claims are provable and you already lied about having another account this appeal is going to be denied and locked.
