Details:Balloon was previously removed on vsh_skyhigh_resort (refer to this approved suggestion: https://www.skial.com/threads/vsh-balloon-dilemma.56972/) on (at least) Saxton Hale EU servers before but now it's back with b8. I've seen people building sentries that float in mid-air due to this already.
