Badass Forum Signature! For Tf2 Items

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if anyone could make me a badass Forum Signature c:
I would Obviously pay the creator a key or something and maybe a lot more if Its really Good :)

Things I Would like on the Signature:
- A really Sexy Medic (Make it Look Really Cheesy like my Profile pic)
- Any Color Background
- (Optional: Have the Medics Sleeves Rolled Up and put a tattoo on the medics Arm saying "I <3 69")
- Then Add anything you like that would make it look good c:
