Bad Ping on NY servers

Usually get between 20-40 ping on these servers. Getting 120+. Also getting same ping problems on KOTH NY and Mountainlab TX.

It's a 32 player server, lots of more shit happening at once, don't expect fine ass connection
 
Actually, the same is happening to 2fort+ NY from time to time. I already reported it to Bottiger. I also talked to some regulars on 2fort+ (like Oaky and Bill Cosby) and they confirmed that latency jumps for them too. Regularly for me the latency to 2for+ is ~40-45 ms, from time to time it gets up to 120-140 ms and stays like that for 1-2 hours then going back to normal.
 
I presume the same issue I reported here is still happening? It's seems to be affecting all NY servers and not just skial, Lotus seems to have the same problem on their NY servers. I'm betting Choopa oversold and they or their transit provider need to purchase more bandwidth but that's just an assumption.
 
I think something like this was happening in Harvest NY, but not to the degree of the 32 servers. It does have a small effect on most if not all NY servers.
 
I have already asked the host to look into it multiple times but the problem goes away by itself by the time they bother to look at it.
