Australia's vidyagamers get the short end of the stick again

Basically, large retailer goes into Australian bankruptcy, you don't get your game, you don't get your refund.

If it weren't for Steam I'd reckon people there would go mad.

Edit: Not sure if this should be in Other Games or General, I figured the former since it's dealing with Diablo 3 / Max Payne 3

They're not actually bankrupt just in administration. Same thing happened to GAME UK not long ago, and they pulled up
