I logged into the deathrun server when he started and was agging people on to mute a bunch of people, so I put a vote ban up for abusing the voting and it almost passed, he then for the next hour and a half agged people on and continously started vote bans against me offering items and prizes if they said yes, he's caused me to be vote muted numerous times and banned twice now.
