arena_granary & arena_offblast for VSH servers

i suggested these maps earlier for this gamemode, people said that granary was too hard for hale due to the obvious sentry nests; there are a number of maps which have obvious camp spots which make it harder for hale to kill people, which are all mostly remedied by using a proper rage and super jump.

one got marked "invalid" because it was "impossible" for hale to win on that map, second one never got considered or something.
