Dear staff,

I've gotten IP banned for some reason in 2016 but my status got changed to "Permanent (Unbanned)". I changed my steam username recently and tried to join a skial server today, but I'm somehow banned again even tho I wasn't even able to play.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible,

We unbanned your old IP so the next person that gets it doesn't get screwed over by your mistake. You are still banned for cheating on an alt.
 
Which alt would this be? I own two alt account which I use to smurf on CS:GO, but never used to play TF2.
Could it be possible that my main got banned because I used to play on a laptop op multiple (some public) networks?
I have seen before that people got banned by using VPN's that hackers use, could this somehow have happened to me aswell?

SKIAL servers are the most populated servers in my area, and because of the bot problem casual MM really sucks rn.
So I would like to be able to play on these servers as soon as possible again.
 
After looking at the ban I received in 2016 and looking up the IP I've made some finds which may be the reason behind my ban.
The IP is from a region where I wasn't living at that time, and me nor my family has ever had the ISP connected to the IP (it says Ziggo even tho I always had Tele2, can provide proof if needed).
However, I do have a friend that lives in that area which was (and still is) active in the TF2 hacking scene.

I suspect that I have tried to join a SKIAL server after he's gotten banned while staying over at his place.

Which proof could I provide to help unban my account?
 
You connected 13 minutes after the hacker from the same IP address as the hacker, so even if it was your friend, and you did it while you stayed at his place, there is almost no way for you to prove it.

You would need to prove that you have a friend who is a real person, who lives there at that IP address, and then prove that you were also there, at the same time, 5 years ago in 2016, and then you have to prove that it was your friend hacking, and not you hacking, which is even more impossible because you don't have a time machine.

As you can see, it's impossible to prove so both accounts will have to remain banned.
 
Arayh is right. 13 minutes difference between your alt and yourself, on an IP that is actually a residential IP and isn't a VPN or Proxy. Thus, it was inside your household, either you, your brother or your pet horse.

I am the third admin to contribute to this appeal to say it won't be lifted so I'd take it as the answer, good luck on other servers.

He actually has a YT channel where he posts videos of him cheating in multiple games.

If this isn't enough evidence for me to get unbanned, idk what will.

You even have a VAC ban issued around the same time you got banned from skial dude. Just stop.

Firstly: the VAC ban was handed in late June 2016, which was 4 months before. Plus I also haven't been VAC banned since.
Secondly: The ban was for me using Achievement Engine in CoD MW2 (img below), I have never hacked/cheated in any game.

Thirdly: You're not someone in a position to lift my ban, therefore it's not needed for you to interfere in this ban appeal case .
 
I feel like I have posted enough evidence to show that it wasn't me who was cheating (refering to my post from about two hours ago).
If you personally believe that I've cheated, that's on you. But again, I'd rather wait till an actual admin responds to my evidence shown above.

I am fully aware of that, however I have brought some new information forwards since their last response. So I'd like to hear back from the admins about my latest response.
Also, I would advise against using white text. The white colored background makes it difficult to read ;)
